Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
* Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
* You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying to ship the item back to us.
However, if you choose to exchange the product or make a new purchase, we will compensate you for the return shipping cost in the form of a discount or refund on your next order.
If no exchange or future purchase is made, shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

How to Start a Return
To begin your return, email us at contact@faithoverfearapparel.store with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how to return your package.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
* Custom or personalized orders
* Final sale items
* Gift cards

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us.
