At Faith Over Fear Apparel, we’re committed to delivering meaningful fashion with purpose — and that includes keeping you informed every step of the way.

Order Processing
All of our products are made with care, and many are offered on a pre-order basis. This means your item is created once your order is placed.

* Processing Time: Orders typically take 2–5 business days to process before shipping.

Pre-Orders & Out-of-Inventory Purchases

If an item is out of stock at the time of your purchase, your order will automatically be treated as a pre-order. Pre-orders are placed while we are actively restocking, and processing times can take 4–6 weeks as we wait for new inventory to arrive. We will ship your order immediately once the new stock is available. By completing a purchase on an out of stock item, you acknowledge and agree to the 4–6 week pre-order timeframe. 

Checking If Your Order Is In Stock

If you’d like to confirm whether your item is currently in stock or will be processed as a pre-order, please email us before purchasing. We will gladly let you know if your item is available in our current inventory or if it will fall under a pre-order status.

 Rates & Delivery
We offer standard shipping across the U.S., with rates calculated at checkout.

* Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch
* International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination

Please note, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or external circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at contact@faithoverfearapparel.store and we’ll do our best to assist you. Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Faith Over Fear Apparel is not responsible for stolen or misplaced shipments.

Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
